Sometimes, the world around us gets too loud.
When everything feels overwhelming, we cannot give peace to others if we do not have peace inside ourselves. To spread peace to the world, peace must come from within first.
When we close our eyes, breathe, and find that calm, quiet space in our own hearts, we create the peace that we can then share with everyone around us.
The Story Behind the Song
You cannot pour from an empty cup. When life feels full of noise and conflict, we all need a safe space to breathe and reset.
Big changes in the world do not start with massive actions. They begin inside each of us as a tiny seed of hope. When we cultivate inner peace, our presence naturally brings calm, warmth, and care to the people around us.

Full Song Lyrics
Verse 1
In a world of noise, I close my eyes
And find the quiet place inside
My breath is slow, my spirit flies
I'm just a woman, yet my soul is wide
I let the busy world fade away
The worries of my life are gone
And in this quiet space I say
A silent wish for a new peaceful dawn
Chorus
Oh, I dream of a world, a beautiful place
Of peace and love for everyone
Where kindness is in every face
And all the fighting is undone
Where things are fair for all to see
And justice sings a happy tune
And every person can feel free
Beneath the sun and moon
Verse 2
I see the children with bright white eyes
They don't know hurt, they don't know pain
Their happy sounds rise to the skies
Like sunshine after a gentle rain
No angry words, no hidden fear
Just open hearts for all to share
And a promise that we'll hold so dear
To treat each other with love and care
Chorus
Oh, I dream of a world, a beautiful place
Of peace and love for everyone
Where kindness is in every face
And all the fighting is undone
Where things are fair for all to see
And justice sings a happy tune
And every person can feel free
Beneath the sun and moon
Bridge
Some say it's just a simple thought
A little wish on the wind's soft breath
But all the good change ever sought
Begins with a dream like this
A tiny seed of hope we plant
Promise to ourselves we make
That we can build a world of calm
For all of humanity's sake
Chorus
Oh, I dream of a world, a beautiful place
Of peace and love for everyone
Where kindness is in every face
And all the fighting is undone
Where things are fair for all to see
And justice sings a happy tune
And every person can feel free
Beneath the sun and moon
Outro
And as I open my eyes, the sun is here
I keep this picture close to me
Because even if it takes a hundred years
I'll do my part to make it real, you see
I will live my life to make it true
